LUNA™ is committed to delivering a quality customer experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days for a refund. Simply contact us and one of our customer service representatives will process your request. Once validated, you will receive an RMA tracking number and detailed return shipping instructions. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refund processing. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. If items are missing or are in poor condition the retail cost of these items may be deducted from any refund.  NOTE: All refund requests MUST follow the above process, include an RMA tracking number on the shipping label, be received within 30 days from the date of the original shipment, and include all items from the original order. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements. We recommend that you return your order via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns.

Shipping & Order Status

Free shipping is included with all your LUNA orders and delivery is by the United Parcel Service (UPS). This service is only available to US customers within the continental United States and Alaska. Once you complete your order a confirmation will be sent to your email. When your order ships, you will receive an update via email. New orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. Once shipped, your order will take approximately 5-7 days to be delivered.

1 Year Warranty

LUNA stands behind the quality of our products and guarantees to the original purchaser that our product shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. In the event you need to exchange your LUNA product simply contact us and one of our customer service representatives will process your request. Once validated, you will receive an RMA tracking number and detailed return shipping instructions. We will process and ship your exchange within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your returned item(s). NOTE: All exchange requests MUST follow the above process, include an RMA Tracking Number on the shipping label, be received within one year from the date of the original order, and include all items to be exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements. We recommend that you return your product via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered exchanges.
